AMERICAN BIDET offers three shipping options for online purchases, with shipping costs varying by the type of product being purchased:

• Next business-day delivery

• Second business-day delivery

• Lowest-cost delivery

Note: Products will be shipped Monday-Saturday.

The shipping cost is based on the size and weight of the items being ordered.

If you already have an account with a specific carrier, such as Federal Express, and you would like us to bill the shipping directly to that carrier in order to make payment easier for you, please indicate this in the Shipping & Delivery section of the Checkout page when submitting your order. Be sure to provide your account number with the carrier.

AMERICAN BIDET only ships products to addresses in the United States. For deliveries to locations outside the USA, please Contact Us for more information.

The AMERICAN BIDET website, through Telcom.Net, is registered with site identification authorities to enable your browser to confirm the AMERICAN BIDET identity before any transmission is sent. With this technology, the identity of our site is automatically confirmed behind the scenes prior to the transmission of any customer information requested to complete an online order, your data reaches your intended target or your browser notifies you (prior to your sending any personal information) that the potential receiving site looks suspicious and should be avoided.

OUR GOAL: Lead Time That Leads The Way

AMERICAN BIDET recognizes the need for prompt delivery and makes every effort to ready your order for shipment as quickly as possible. Lead time is largely dependent upon the availability of our products. When products are in inventory, lead times are generally 1 - 2 weeks. However, as our products are a function of current worldwide supply and demand, delivery times can vary and no standard lead time can be guaranteed.

A AMERICAN BIDET sales representative will communicate your order's estimated lead time to you when he or she confirms your order. Lead times do not include the time your order is in transit after it has been shipped for delivery. Time in transit is dependent on the shipping option you choose.
